KFML Holdings offers Learnerships which are work-based learning based programmes that equip individuals with theoretical and practical training simultaneously.

This programme is divided between a 30% teaching and learning component, and a 70% practical component made up of on-the-job training.


CONTACT CENTRE LEARNERSHIP

The Contact Centre Learnership, managed by Preferred Provider Negotiators, facilitates a training program that equips individuals with the necessary skills needed to excel in a call centre environment. This 12 month program allows for an individual to thrive both inside and outside of the classroom.


BUSINESS ADMIN LEARNERSHIP

The BA Learnership, offered by Preferred Provider Negotiators, equips individuals with a high level of administrative skills required to develop business procedures as well as manage service providers. This 12 month program comprises of both a theoretical and practical component that will allow for the learner to produce the desired outcomes.

Throughout the 12 month programme, learners are placed in various business units throughout KFML.


WHOLESALE & RETAIL LEARNERSHIP

Wholesale & Retail Learnership, offered by Yellow Zebra Optical, develops and equips individuals with communication and customer service skills. This program also touches on elements of Shrinkage, Occupational Health & Safety, and Fraud & Safety Control. Comprising of both a theoretical and practical component, this 12 month program ensures for a high performance in various retail enterprises. Learners have the opportunity to be place at one of our National distribution centres for Spec-savers, during the course of this program.

Throughout the 12 month programme, learners are placed in various business units throughout KFML.
